We build great teams and take care of them We are looking for a Director of Product to set the product vision and feature roadmaps of our portfolio of world-class sports and entertainment mobile apps. You will have the opportunity to work on the biggest properties in the entertainment industry. Your mission will be to deliver the best possible experience to our users through quality apps that delight and entertain. The Director of Product will report directly to the VP, GM of Digital. Your responsibilities will include: Guiding, inspiring and managing a group of talented product managers Setting the overall product vision and mission of our portfolio of mobile apps Identifying new features & developing roadmaps to deliver exceptional value to our users Improving and refining existing features Designing successful monetization systems that deliver value to our users Inspiring a talented team of designers, producers, engineers and artists to deliver their best work Requirements include: 5 years experience crafting great user experiences for entertainment mobile apps as a product manager or similar position Proven track record on mobile apps with high DAU, and stellar retention, engagement & monetization KPIs Experience directly managing a cross-functional team Experience working with high-profile entertainment brands and licenses Passion for delivering great user experiences Ability to make data-driven decisions Passion for collectibles and the brands that Topps represents
