General Job Responsibilities: Travel an average of 4 to 5 days per week to colleges/universities throughout the U.S. during the academic year. Create efficient travel schedules that incorporate college/university events in strategic manner Source and review of resumes, phone screen potential applicants; Schedule interviews accordingly Create and maintain relationships with professors in appropriate disciplines; present in classroom settings, information sessions and at career fairs Create and maintain relationships with career services at targeted colleges/universities Ability to quickly grasp company mission and gain a working knowledge of requirements of all positions NECC seeks to fill Public speaking and presentation of program details to groups, as well as to individuals Qualifications: Minimum of a bachelor's degree; 1-2 years of professional recruiting/sales/marketing experience a plus.
