Bachelors degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Developer, Systems Engineer, DevOps tool Engineer, Technical Support or Virtualization Architect. Experience designing and implementing cloud-based solution architectures for PaaS/IaaS/SaaS.
Technical experience in Big Data, Machine Learning, Database Architecture, Infrastructure Architecture, Application Development, and/or Networking.
Ability to speak and write in Japanese and English.
Masters degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in the business technology market and working closely with Sales and Marketing teams in Cloud computing or related technical fields.
Experience with the current infrastructure automation, continuous integration/deployment, networking, and cloud-based delivery models.
Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages, including but not limited to: Java, Python, Go, C++, SQL/NoSQL/NewSQL
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.

Challenge and inspire customers and peers to solve difficult problems with ambitious and novel solutions.
Work with Sales teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer technical objections, and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers.
Manage the technical relationship with Google s digital-native customers, including managing product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of additional technical resources to provide expertise in solutions architecture.
Recommend integration strategies, hybrid architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to implement a solution using best practices on Google Cloud.
Provide customer and market feedback to the Product and Engineering teams. Influence product direction.
